01 · The three sizes

Size from the diameter, not the circumference: a quoted 4.3″ and a pair at 5.1″ sit above what those diameters imply, because a tape around a ridged surface reads longer than one around a smooth circle.

Nothing but water-based lube
Put silicone lube on silicone and the two bond, damaging the surface permanently; stay with water-based, and be generous, because a ridged shaft needs more of it.

Sanitise by boiling
