Take a tape measure to yourself before you read anything else

Adjustable is a word that hides a lot. Here are the actual ranges, so you can check them against your own measurements in about ninety seconds. Wrist, ankle, thigh, waist and head — measure each one snug but not pulled tight.

Measure yourself against these
Your wrist	Anything from 5.5 to 8.3 in (14–21 cm) sits inside the cuff's range. The cuff strap itself is 12.2 in long and 2.2 in deep.
Your ankle	7.5 to 9.4 in (19–24 cm). Strap is 14 in long, 2.2 in deep. Measure over the ankle bone, not above it.
Your thigh	16.7 to 23.2 in (42.5–59 cm). Measure seated, at the widest point — standing gives you a number that is too small to trust.
Your waist	31.5 to 53 in (80–135 cm). This is a genuinely wide range; the strap is 2.4 in deep and buckles on both sides.
Your head	22 to 26 in (56–66 cm) around the brow for the blindfold.
The cross harness	Fixed at 15 × 15 in (38 × 38 cm). It spans the gap between waist strap and thigh cuffs, so your torso length decides how taut it runs.

If a measurement lands at the very top of a range, the strap will be on its final hole. That works, but you lose the ability to loosen it mid-session — worth knowing before you order.

What has to be agreed before the first buckle closes

A restraint set is only as good as the conversation that happens before it comes out of the box.

Choose a safe word. Then choose a signal that needs no words at all — two taps, or something held in the hand and let go. With the blindfold on, the restrained person cannot read a face, so the silent option is not optional.
Two fingers under every closed cuff. That is the test, every time.
Watch extremities. Colour, warmth, feeling. Anything off and the cuff comes off immediately.
Blunt safety scissors stay in the room and within reach.
Nobody restrained is ever left alone.
Stay sober. Numbed judgement is the single biggest risk here.
Nothing goes around the neck. Not the waist strap, not the harness, not the blindfold strap.

Assembled, it looks like this

Everything above connects through snap hooks, so this arrangement is one of several. Pull the cross harness out and you have a plain waist strap with cuffs. Add the ankle cuffs and the lower half changes completely.

Afterwards

Wipe down with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Let it air dry all the way through before storing, especially the lined cuffs. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat. Hang it or lay it flat so the long straps do not set a crease.
